The Kanohi Valumi is the Mask of Clairvoyance.

The Kanohi Valumi allows its wearer to see into the near future (or less commonly, the past or present). While the wearer can foresee the future, they cannot do anything to change it. Using the mask is very exhausting and debilitating; the wearer has no control over what they see or when the mask shows visions to them. This mask is always on at a low level, but it may not be able to reach the wearer's consciousness if they are trapped in a powerful mental illusion.

A Valumi Nuva is created when a destined Valumi is dipped in Energized Protodermis. In addition to its standard abilities, it grants the user even more visions, and its power can be shared with individuals near the user; however, it can only be used by Nuva beings.

Great

At the beginning of each day (GMs may instead decide to use each game session as the time to declare visions), the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges; this number may exceed their Expenditure Limit. For each Kanohi Charge spent in this way, they gain a Portent Die (1d6), which may be spent to add to any roll the wearer makes as a reaction after they have rolled. The wearer of a Great Valumi may generate any number of Portent Dice, but if they generate more than triple their WIS bonus, they become incapacitated by an overwhelming stream of visions and are Confused until they next generate Portent Dice. You may spend any number of Portent dice on a given action. These Portent Dice represent minor visions of the future, and last until the next time the wearer generates Portent Dice, or until expended. For each unspent Portent Die, the wearer suffers a -1 penalty on all Wisdom-based Attribute checks, skill checks, and saving throws. At any time, as a non-action, the wearer may choose to spend any number of unspent Portant Dice for no effect. Additionally, the wearer may meditate on their visions for 10 minutes and spend 1d3 Kanohi Charges to gain a Vision of What Was, Is, or May Yet Be that is relevant to their current objectives.

Noble

At the beginning of each day (GMs may instead decide to use each Session as the time to declare visions), the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges; this number may exceed their Expenditure Limit. For every 2 Kanohi Charge spent in this way, they gain a Portent Die (1d6), which may be spent to add to any roll the wearer makes as a reaction after they have rolled. The wearer of a Noble Valumi cannot generate more Portent Dice than twice their WIS bonus.

Great Nuva

At the beginning of each day (GMs may instead decide to use each game session as the time to declare visions), the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges; this number may exceed their Expenditure Limit. For each Kanohi Charge spent in this way, they gain a Portent Die (1d8), which may be spent to add to any roll the wearer makes as a reaction after they have rolled. Additional notes

Kanohi Valumi users can be bombarded by slight and small details of the future, and often experience deja vu.

Additionally, when the wearer generates Portent Dice, the GM may choose to grant them a Vision of What Was, Is, or Yet May Be; this is a tool for GMs to provide important details about the adventure or campaign that they wish for the players to know. Additionally, at any time the GM may declare that one or more Portent Dice have been spent and grant a similar Vision, though this second ability should be used sparingly and can only be used with the player’s consent, as it can deny a player resources.

Vision of What Was, Is, or May Yet Be: A specific vision on a larger scale that grants information directly relevant to a player’s objectives, or provides direct foreshadowing. For example, Vakama’s visions, as well as the visions that led the Toa Mata to the Kini-Nui shrine and to attempting to form Kaita are all Visions of What Was, Is, or May Yet Be.
