The Kanohi Suletu is the Mask of Telepathy.

The Kanohi Suletu allows its user to read the thoughts of other beings and to project the user's own thoughts into others’ minds. A user can also project the thoughts of one being into another's mind. The mask can also be used to project mental noise, which can greatly distract the target. A Kanohi Suletu is always on at a low level.

A Suletu Nuva is created when a destined Suletu is dipped in Energized Protodermis. In addition to its standard abilities, its range is increased, its mental probes are more difficult for targets to resist, and its power can be shared with individuals near the user; however, it can only be used by Nuva beings.

In the Doronai Nui

Great

As a 0AP or 2AP action (as specified below), the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to gain one of the following effects:

  • 1 KC (0AP) - The wearer may read the surface thoughts of any being within 60ft, and may communicate with those beings telepathically for the next minute.
  • 2 KC (0AP) - The wearer may read the surface thoughts of any being within 60ft, may communicate with those beings telepathically, and may attempt to extract general information from a being’s mind if they fail a WILL save (DC +4, CHA).
  • 3 KC (0AP) - The wearer may read the surface thoughts of any being within 60ft, may communicate with those beings telepathically, and may attempt to extract highly detailed and specific information from a being’s mind, if they fail a WILL save (DC +2, CHA).
  • 1 KC (2AP) - The wearer can launch a barrage of psychic noise at a being within 60ft. They must make a WILL save (DC +2, CHA); on a failure, they automatically lose Focus on any effects that require Concentration, are Shaken for 1 Round, and are Confused for 1d3 Rounds.

Noble

As a 0AP or 2AP action (as specified below), the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to gain one of the following effects:

  • 1 KC (0AP) - The wearer may read the surface thoughts of any being within 60ft, and may communicate with those beings telepathically for the next minute.
  • 2 KC (0AP) - The wearer may read the surface thoughts of any being within 60ft, may communicate with those beings telepathically, and may attempt to extract general information from a being’s mind if they fail a WILL save (DC +2, CHA).
  • 1 KC (2AP) - The wearer can launch a barrage of psychic noise at a being within 60ft. They must make a WILL save (DC +0, CHA); on a failure, they automatically lose Focus on any effects that require Concentration and are Confused for 1 Round.

Great Nuva

As a 0AP or 2AP action (as specified below), the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to gain one of the following effects:

  • 1 KC (0AP) - The wearer may read the surface thoughts of any being within 90ft, and may communicate with those beings telepathically for the next minute.
  • 2 KC (0AP) - The wearer may read the surface thoughts of any being within 90ft, may communicate with those beings telepathically, and may attempt to extract general information from a being’s mind if they fail a WILL save (DC +5, CHA).
  • 3 KC (0AP) - The wearer may read the surface thoughts of any being within 90ft, may communicate with those beings telepathically, and may attempt to extract highly detailed and specific information from a being’s mind, if they fail a WILL save (DC +3, CHA).
  • 1 KC (2AP) - The wearer can launch a barrage of psychic noise at a being within 90ft. They must make a WILL save (DC +3, CHA); on a failure, they automatically lose Focus on any effects that require Concentration, are Shaken for 1 Round, and are Confused for 1d3 Rounds.

Noble Nuva

As a 0AP or 2AP action (as specified below), the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to gain one of the following effects:
