The Kanohi Atuma is the Mask of Charisma.
The Kanohi Atuma allows its user to subtly alter the perception of nearby beings, changing how they view the world until they agree with the wearer’s views and serve the wearer’s cause. However, it cannot cause targets to violate their own moral codes.
A Atuma Nuva is created when a destined Atuma is dipped in Energized Protodermis. In addition to its standard abilities, it makes the user even more charismatic, and its power can be shared with individuals near the user; however, it can only be used by Nuva beings.

Great
As a 0AP action, the wearer may spend a Kanohi Charge to increase their CHA Modifier by 4 for the next 10 minutes. Spending additional Kanohi Charges increases the bonus by +1 per Kanohi Charge spent.
Noble
As a 0AP action, the wearer may spend a Kanohi Charge to increase their CHA Modifier by 2 for the next 5 minutes. Spending additional Kanohi Charges increases the bonus by +1 per Kanohi Charge spent.
Great Nuva
As a 0AP action, the wearer may spend a Kanohi Charge to increase their CHA Modifier by 5 for the next 10 minutes. Spending additional Kanohi Charges increases the bonus by +1 per Kanohi Charge spent.
Noble Nuva
As a 0AP action, the wearer may spend a Kanohi Charge to increase their CHA Modifier by 3 for the next 5 minutes. Spending additional Kanohi Charges increases the bonus by +1 per Kanohi Charge spent.
