The Kanohi Pehkui is the Mask of Shrinking (Diminishment).
The Kanohi Pehkui allows its user to shrink themselves and their tools down to a minimum of six inches while still retaining their full strength and power capacity.
A Pehkui Nuva is created when a destined Pehkui is dipped in Energized Protodermis. In addition to its standard abilities, it allows the user to become even smaller, and its power can be shared with individuals near the user; however, it can only be used by Nuva beings.
In the Doronai Nui
Great
As a 1AP action, the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to instantly shrink up to 4 Size Categories. The wearer gains the AC bonus from the Size change, but suffers no other stat changes, Attribute Score modifiers, or penalties due to the Size change. The wearer may choose to end the effect early as a 0AP action.
Noble
As a 1AP action, the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to shrink up to 4 Size Categories. This shrinking takes one Round per two Size Categories shrunk, starting in the Round that the Kanohi is activated. The wearer gains the AC bonus from the Size change, and reduces their Strength score by half (rounded up), but suffers no other stat changes, Attribute Score modifiers, or penalties due to the Size change. The wearer may choose to end the effect early as a 0AP action.
Great Nuva
As a 1AP action, the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to instantly shrink up to 5 Size Categories. The wearer gains the AC bonus from the Size change, but suffers no other stat changes, Attribute Score modifiers, or penalties due to the Size change. The wearer may choose to end the effect early as a 0AP action.
Noble Nuva
As a 1AP action, the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to shrink up to 5 Size Categories. This shrinking takes one Round per two Size Categories shrunk, starting in the Round that the Kanohi is activated.
