The Kanohi Ururau allows the user to scramble a target's ability to speak, write, and read any and all languages. This mask does not affect hand signals, and a Kanohi Rau user can translate either what the victim is attempting to communicate or translate what they are attempting to understand into a comprehensible form. A Ururau Nuva is created when a destined Ururau is dipped in Energized Protodermis. In addition to its standard abilities, its effects are more difficult for targets to resist, and its power can be shared with individuals near the user; however, it can only be used by Nuva beings.
