The Kanohi Urmukari is the Mask of Scrambling (Reconstitution).
Crafted from the strongest of Reconstitute at Random Kanoka, the Kanohi Urmukari is a force of chaos. Able to randomly scramble the physical forms of creatures and objects, the mask is considered highly immoral due to its dangerous nature and often-harmful effects.
A Urmukari Nuva is created when a destined Urmukari is dipped in Energized Protodermis. In addition to its standard abilities, its effects are harder for targets to resist, and its power can be shared with individuals near the user; however, it can only be used by Nuva beings.

Great
As a 2AP action, the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to choose a being within 45ft. That being must make a FORT save (DC +6, CHA); on a failure, they must roll on the Change Type Table X times, where X is equal to twice the number of Kanohi Charges spent. All rolls are applied simultaneously unless the GM believes it does not make sense for them all to be applied at once. In that case, the GM selects the most interesting rolled results to apply. Additionally, a being who fails their FORT save must make WILL save (DC+2, CHA); on a failure, they are Dazed for (1d4 - 1) rounds (minimum 0) from the physical stress of the changes.

As a 2AP action, the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to choose a being within 30ft. That being must make a FORT save (DC +4, CHA); on a failure, they must roll on the Change Type Table X times, where X is equal to the number of Kanohi Charges spent. All rolls are applied simultaneously unless the GM believes it does not make sense for them all to be applied at once. In that case, the GM selects the most interesting rolled results to apply. Additionally, a being who fails their FORT save must make WILL save (DC+0, CHA); on a failure, they are Dazed for (1d4 - 1) rounds (minimum 0) from the physical stress of the changes.

That being must make a FORT save (DC +8, CHA); on a failure, they must roll on the Change Type Table X times, where X is equal to twice the number of Kanohi Charges spent. All rolls are applied simultaneously unless the GM believes it does not make sense for them all to be applied at once. In that case, the GM selects the most interesting rolled results to apply. Additionally, a being who fails their FORT save must make WILL save (DC+3, CHA); on a failure, they are Dazed for (1d4 - 1) rounds (minimum 0) from the physical stress of the changes.
