===Great ===
An official model was made by LEGO to represent a standard Great Olmak.
As a 2AP action, the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges and choose one each of Destination, Dimension, Portal Type, Portal Mode, Portal Size, and one or more Portal Qualities.

Three models were made for the Olmak; one represent the Noble shape and was designed and crafted by Perp3tual, Oomatu, and Petrus, another one represents the Nuva shape and was designed by Oomatu and crafted by RC, the last one represents the Hordika shape and was designed by Perp3tual and crafted by Petrus.
'''Destination'''
* 1KC - An unknown destination (determined by the GM).
* 2KC - A known destination or known being.

* 2KC - In a known similar Alternate Universe.
* 3KC - In an unknown highly different Alternate Universe  (e.g. an entire Universe of Meaningless Time and Space, a universe where Spherus Magna and the Great Spirit Robot do not exist, etc. - Universe determined by GM).
* 4KC - In a known highly different Alternate Universe.

'''Portal Type'''
* Unstable - 0KC - An unstable portal closes in 1d3 Rounds, or after a single being passes through. Alternatively, it may stay open for the duration, but switch its destination each time something passes through.
* Consuming - 1KC - A portal that stays open until a single being (or two beings traveling together) passes through. It moves 5 + X (where X is equal to [1d4 - 2]) feet towards the nearest being each Round. Consuming Portals can be pushed by Process or Ethereal attacks with the Push Rider, though they do not suffer damage.
* Gateway - 2KC - A portal that stays open for as long as the wearer wishes it to. Any number of beings can pass through this portal. This portal type requires Focus.

'''Portal Mode'''
* One-Way - 0KC - The portal can only be entered through the wearer’s location and dimension.
* Two-Way - 0KC - The portal can be entered through either the wearer’s location and dimension, or the target location and dimension.

'''Portal Size''' - The size of the Portal determines how many beings (and of what size) can pass through at once. When determining how many beings of mixed sizes can pass through, determine group size by replacing any one being with two of the next size smaller (e.g. 1 Colossal being = 2 Gargantuan = 4 Huge = 16 Medium = 32 Small).
* Large or smaller - 0KC
* Huge - 1KC
* Gargantuan 2KC
* Colossal - 3KC

'''Portal Qualities'''
* Standard - 0KC - The being passes through the portal at the same speed, direction, and state that they were in before.
* Safe - 1KC - The being passes safely through the portal, all momentum is cancelled, and they are set to an upright position.
* Invigorating - 2KC - The being recovers Hit Points as if they had taken a Rest, in addition to the effects of the Safe Quality.
* Encompassing - 1KC - The Portal immediately takes effect on a number of beings of the wearer’s choice (up to the maximum transportable at once). Unwilling beings are allowed a REFL save (DC + 6, INT) to avoid transport.
* Temporally Neutral - 0KC - The portal delivers travelers within 1d6 - 3 Rounds.
* Instantaneous - 1KC - The Portal delivers the travelers instantly, with no delay due to portal activation or instability.
* Oubliette - 2KC - The portal delivers travelers to the destination after a predetermined amount of time (up to a maximum of 1 day per Kanohi Charge spent).

The Noble Olmak has the same powers as the Great Olmak, with four differences:
* The Noble Olmak costs 1 additional KC to use.
* The wearer of a Noble Olmak cannot spend more than 4KC when selecting a destination.
* The Noble Olmak cannot maintain Gateway portals for more beings or Rounds than the number of Kanohi Charges spent.
* The Noble Olmak cannot spend more Kanohi Charges on Portal Qualities than it spends on other aspects of the transport.

'''Damaged Mask:'''
If damaged, an Olmak can still function. However, portals created by a damaged Olmak gain 1d4 of the following Qualities, chosen at random:
*Collapsing - The portal is 1 size smaller than intended. It loses 1 additional size each Round until it closes (see the Mask Removal section below).
*Dangerous - Beings traveling through the portal suffer 2d6 untyped damage each Round that they remain in the portal.
*Spiraling - The portal transit lasts for 4d4 Rounds; each Round, any travelers must make a WILL save (DC 18) or land at an unintended destination, chosen at random.
*Unpredictable - The portal does not end at the intended destination. Determine the new destination randomly.

'''Mask Removal:'''
If the Olmak is removed while a portal is open, the Portal begins to close, shrinking at a rate of 1 Size per Round. If a being or object is crossing through the portal when it shrinks to a size smaller than they are, they may be utterly destroyed; any obstacle in the path of the Portal is severed (no save). If this cuts a being in half, the being dies immediately (no Death Saving Throws).

'''Dimensional Tunnel'''
Each Round that a traveler spends traveling from one Portal to another is spent in the Dimensional Tunnel. Any object placed on a different trajectory to the trajectory created by the Olmak is lost to the Dimensional Tunnel; it may reappear in a reality, or it may drift forever. This includes beings who alter their trajectory from that created by the Olmak.

The Kanohi Olmak is the Mask of Dimensional Gates.

The Kanohi Olmak allows its wearer unprecedented control over space. It can function as both a powerful group Kualsi and as a weapon, able to teleport enemies or summon monsters and dangerous environmental effects. Further than that, however, it can tear holes between realities themselves, allowing the wearer to travel not only from place to place, but from universe to universe.

Few Olmak were ever made, and each is jealously guarded by powerful organizations because of the damage a rogue Olmak wearer could cause to any and all realities.

A Olmak Nuva is created when a destined Olmak is dipped in Energized Protodermis. In addition to its standard abilities, it requires less energy to use, and its power can be shared with individuals near the user; however, it can only be used by Nuva beings.

In the Doronai Nui

Great

As a 2AP action, the wearer may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges and choose one each of Destination, Dimension, Portal Type, Portal Mode, Portal Size, and one or more Portal Qualities.

Destination

  • 1KC - An unknown destination (determined by the GM).
  • 2KC - A known destination or known being.

Dimension

  • 0KC - In the same Dimension.
  • 0KC - In a known or unknown Pocket Dimension (unknown Pocket Dimensions are determined by the GM).
  • 1KC - In an unknown but similar Alternate Universe (e.g. the Toa Empire universe, the Kingdom universe - Universe determined by GM)
  • 2KC - In a known similar Alternate Universe.
  • 3KC - In an unknown highly different Alternate Universe  (e.g. an entire Universe of Meaningless Time and Space, a universe where Spherus Magna and the Great Spirit Robot do not exist, etc. - Universe determined by GM).
  • 4KC - In a known highly different Alternate Universe.

Portal Type

  • Unstable - 0KC - An unstable portal closes in 1d3 Rounds, or after a single being passes through. Alternatively, it may stay open for the duration, but switch its destination each time something passes through.
  • Consuming - 1KC - A portal that stays open until a single being (or two beings traveling together) passes through. It moves 5 + X (where X is equal to [1d4 - 2]) feet towards the nearest being each Round. Consuming Portals can be pushed by Process or Ethereal attacks with the Push Rider, though they do not suffer damage.
  • Gateway - 2KC - A portal that stays open for as long as the wearer wishes it to. Any number of beings can pass through this portal. This portal type requires Focus.

Portal Mode

  • One-Way - 0KC - The portal can only be entered through the wearer’s location and dimension.
  • Two-Way - 0KC - The portal can be entered through either the wearer’s location and dimension, or the target location and dimension.

Portal Size - The size of the Portal determines how many beings (and of what size) can pass through at once. When determining how many beings of mixed sizes can pass through, determine group size by replacing any one being with two of the next size smaller (e.g. 1 Colossal being = 2 Gargantuan = 4 Huge = 16 Medium = 32 Small).

  • Large or smaller - 0KC
  • Huge - 1KC
  • Gargantuan 2KC
  • Colossal - 3KC

Portal Qualities

  • Standard - 0KC - The being passes through the portal at the same speed, direction, and state that they were in before.
  • Safe - 1KC - The being passes safely through the portal, all momentum is cancelled, and they are set to an upright position.
  • Invigorating - 2KC - The being recovers Hit Points as if they had taken a Rest, in addition to the effects of the Safe Quality.
  • Encompassing - 1KC - The Portal immediately takes effect on a number of beings of the wearer’s choice (up to the maximum transportable at once). Unwilling beings are allowed a REFL save (DC + 6, INT) to avoid transport.
  • Temporally Neutral - 0KC - The portal delivers travelers within 1d6 - 3 Rounds.
  • Instantaneous - 1KC - The Portal delivers the travelers instantly, with no delay due to portal activation or instability.
  • Oubliette - 2KC - The portal delivers travelers to the destination after a predetermined amount of time (up to a maximum of 1 day per Kanohi Charge spent).

Noble

The Noble Olmak has the same powers as the Great Olmak, with four differences:

  • The Noble Olmak costs 1 additional KC to use.
  • The wearer of a Noble Olmak cannot spend more than 4KC when selecting a destination.
  • The Noble Olmak cannot maintain Gateway portals for more beings or Rounds than the number of Kanohi Charges spent.
  • The Noble Olmak cannot spend more Kanohi Charges on Portal Qualities than it spends on other aspects of the transport.

Great Nuva

The Great Olmak Nuva has the same powers as the Great Olmak, but reduces the total KC cost by 2 (to a minimum of 1).

Noble Nuva

The Noble Olmak Nuva has the same powers as the Noble Olmak, but reduces the total KC cost by 1 (to a minimum of 1).

Additional notes

Damaged Mask: If damaged, an Olmak can still function. However, portals created by a damaged Olmak gain 1d4 of the following Qualities, chosen at random:

  • Collapsing - The portal is 1 size smaller than intended. It loses 1 additional size each Round until it closes (see the Mask Removal section below).

If a being or object is crossing through the portal when it shrinks to a size smaller than they are, they may be utterly destroyed; any obstacle in the path of the Portal is severed (no save). If this cuts a being in half, the being dies immediately (no Death Saving Throws).

Dimensional Tunnel Each Round that a traveler spends traveling from one Portal to another is spent in the Dimensional Tunnel. Any object placed on a different trajectory to the trajectory created by the Olmak is lost to the Dimensional Tunnel; it may reappear in a reality, or it may drift forever. This includes beings who alter their trajectory from that created by the Olmak.
