The Kanohi Asodexi is the Mask of Sand. An Asodexi Nuva is created when a destined Asodexi is exposed to Energized Protodermis.
The Kanohi Asodexi grants its user access to the power of elemental Sand. The mask relies on its own elemental energy pool when using the mask's elemental abilities. There are limits to said abilities, and as such Asodexi-bearers do not have access to the full range of powers available to beings naturally-attuned to the element of Sand.
The Kanohi Asodexi has never been made in the main universe. Instead, it is found in alternate universes where Sand is a Matoran element.
