The Kanohi Kamawai is the Mask of Rebounding. A Kamawai Nuva is created when a destined Kamawai is exposed to Energized Protodermis.

The Kanohi Kamawai allows thrown or fired objects to return to the wearer.

The Great Kanohi Kamawai allows items thrown by the wearer to almost instantly return to them. Longer distances require increased mental effort. The item is unable to return if it explodes, fragments, or is otherwise destroyed. Additionally, the item may ricochet between targets before returning.

The Great mask requires less mental effort per distance than the Noble Kamawai.

The Noble Kanohi Kamawai allows items thrown by the wearer to almost instantly return to them. Longer distances require increased mental effort. The item is unable to return if it explodes, fragments, or is otherwise destroyed.

The Great Kanohi Kamawai Nuva allows items thrown by the wearer to almost instantly return to them. Longer distances require increased mental effort. The item is unable to return if it explodes, fragments, or is otherwise destroyed. Additionally, the item may ricochet between targets before returning.

The Great Nuva mask requires less mental effort per distance than even the Great Kamawai.

The Noble Kanohi Kamawai Nuva allows items thrown by the wearer to almost instantly return to them. Longer distances require increased mental effort. The item is unable to return if it explodes, fragments, or is otherwise destroyed.

The Noble Nuva mask requires less mental effort per distance than the Noble Kamawai, though not as little as the Great Kamawai.

Rebound disks cause the struck target to be pulled towards the thrower.

Higher level disks are able to pull the target further.
