History

Long ago, the accidental release of a dangerous virus nearly wiped out the Matoran population before a cure was found. Only sparsely populated afterwards, Cendak eventually became an ideal new home for the Urakiri species who fled the Visorak invasion on their homeland, Kurai. Due to the Urakiri's hatred for the Brotherhood since this event, eventually Cendak, too, was razed by the Visorak to prevent a revolt.

Landscape

A cold land known for its glaciers and ice shelves, which stretch out into the sea along its eastern coast. On the west and south coast, some spots were more habitable, with the settlements there mostly making a living from harvesting crystals growing in the cold water.
