Located in the southwest of the Northern Continent lies Kargana, a region defined by dense, nearly impassable forests.

History

Little is currently known about the history of Kargana.

Landscape

At Kargana's western edges lies the region of Uravi, where the lush forest cover is so thick that it chokes out all light. The local Bo-Matoran tell hushed tales of the beasts that dwell in these woods.

Society

Due to its choked terrain and sparse population, Kargana is of relatively little importance in terms of either trade or politics, and only on the scarcely-traveled coast do some larger settlements manage to survive. Kargana’s interior has been claimed by the southern Ihidauri – whose society is said to be more primeval than that of their more cultured northern brethren – and a handful of Bo-Matoran villages that live in harmony with the forests.
