History

Little is currently known about the history of Bogadu. Famously, it is the place where Kanoka were first invented, a technology the inhabitants closely guarded for many millennia.

Landscape

Bogadu is essentially a large swamp – a natural labyrinth of waterways crisscrossed by dirt tracks and rickety bridges that make crossing the region difficult and living there a challenge. In fact, the only location of particular importance in Bogadu – the great city of Ahiku Bay – lies on its western fringe, where the bogs fade into grassland. With its strategic location, serving as a bridge between the northern and southern halves of the universe, Ahiku Bay is a major trade hub and one of the universe’s largest cities.
