​Tall, slender, and always focused on profits: these are the three aspects that most accurately define the Vortixx. They come from a culture that values the most cunning and intelligent figures to lead their technocratic society. As such, deception and deceit are favored tools among their race. As a rite of passage, Vortixx who wish to elevate their socioeconomic standing will climb the Mountain on Xia, their island, in pairs. If both individuals return, they are rewarded, but if only one returns, that individual will earn a significantly higher-paying, better-respected job. Their race is dominated by its female members. Vortixx are able to wear and access the powers of Kanohi.

While not the most physically adept, Vortixx are incredibly sharp-witted, and are often the lead developers of advanced weapon technology. Their weakness is profit, in all forms. If players encounter a Vortixx, her motives - as only females are allowed to leave Xia - should be primarily based around generating large amounts of capital, as well as obtaining information on new and valuable inventions and machines. She would not hesitate to hinder or even kill anyone in her way, player characters included - but may also be willing to strike a deal if there’s something in it for her (whether she will keep her word is another matter entirely).
