Johmak is a Panuri Vortixx member of the Order of Mata Nui.
Biography
Johmak was chosen to be one of three Order members to contribute information to an atlas that the Order would keep for reference, and researched and produced carvings for the entries on Daxia, Destral and Zakaz in particular.[1]
During the Order's war against the Brotherhood of Makuta, she was sent to Metru Nui to deliver the Heart of the Visorak to the Toa Mahri. Her goal was to force the Toa Mahri out of Metru Nui so that the Order could occupy it, and have them do away with the Visorak as well. When Hewkii and Kongu remained, she knocked them both unconscious[2] and confiscated their weapons. When the two Toa awoke, she revealed to them the Order's plan to convert Metru Nui into a fortress for a final confrontation with the Brotherhood of Makuta in the war.[3]
After Teridax possessed the body of Mata Nui, Johmak joined a group of rebels, including Tahu, in the ruins of Karzahni. She argued with Guardian about the futility of rebelling against the universe itself before being found by Teridax's Exo-Toa.[4] After Guardian was killed by Teridax, Onua arrived and destroyed the Exo-Toa. Johmak then headed to Daxia with Onua, Tahu, Lariska, Krahka, and Kopeke to cut off Teridax's supply of Energized Protodermis.[5] The group successfully destroyed the pool.[6]
Some time later, Teridax was killed in the Battle of Bara Magna, and the entire Matoran universe was rendered uninhabitable. Johmak, along with all other surviving residents, evacuated onto Spherus Magna.[7][8]
Abilities and Traits
Johmak is capable of shattering herself into a cloud of black crystalline shards and reforming herself at will.[2] Johmak wears ebon-colored armor and most likely wears a helmet.[2][9]
As a member of the Order of Mata Nui, Johmak has her mind shielded against mental assault.
Tools
Johmak is known to carry a shield that has the ability to dissolve with her form.[2]
