Not much is known about the Steltians, other than their three-tiered, gladiator-esque society. The Dahkini, or Upper Steltians, run the island via a number of clans, which organize the arena-style battles for the entertainment of the island. They can use Kanohi (but don’t always do so), and are much stronger than Toa. In a fight, they prefer using brute force, but will not hesitate to use weapons or equipment to press an advantage.
Dahkini are often manipulative, taking any opportunity to pass blame for failure to
others, and take credit from those that are more successful. These traits allow them to
forge a shaky alliance with the Vortixx, though their relationship is delicate at best.
