​The Manidi, the race of the Barraki warlord Takadox, are a peculiar race, capable of limited hypnosis of both biomechanical and (to a lesser extent) fully-organic beings just through prolonged eye contact. Additionally, they can create illusions around themselves, most often used to enhance their hypnotic suggestions and hide their true appearance. They most often stand in a slightly hunched position, belying their true height; their limbs are long, spindly, and in certain places protruded with small spikes. Their natural abilities help make up for their relative lack of physical strength, although said abilities have little effect on members of their own race. Notably, they were driven out of their homeland by a small group of powerful individuals, who then claimed the island for themselves. Manidi are able to use Kanohi.
