Capitalizing upon the weakened Tahnok's vulnerability, Gali dove into the waters and retrieved many of the Bohrok's [[Krana]], though they attempted to stop her by boiling the water as she left. However, the swarm escaped by melting handholds into the wall of the canyon using their [[Fire Shield]]s. Gali and Pohatu evaded them by using the [[Miru|levitation]] powers of their [[Golden Kanohi]], the others having already left.

The Canyon was destroyed by the reawakened Bohrok swarms during their cleansing of the island, and was later wiped from existence by the Great Spirit's reawakening.
