== Biography ==
Phantom was a [[Fe-Matoran]],{{GregCitation|OGQ|page=3|post=84}} previously a member of the group of [[Matoran]] [[Crafter]]s known as the Nynrah Ghosts.{{GregCitation|OGDi|page=70|post=2771}} The Matoran of [[Nynrah]] felt that there was a need for a hero, seeing as the island had no [[Toa]], and he was chosen as a part of a rebuilding project. After many experiments, including exposure to an [[Energized Protodermis]] variant, Phantom gained a variety of new powers and abilities. However, the Matoran of the island were frightened and ashamed of what they had done, and shunned him.

Disheartened and without purpose, he was recruited by the Dark Hunters. He is dispatched on few missions, due to his conscience.{{BookCitation|BEU|page=111|entryname=Phantom}}

After the [[Great Spirit Robot]] was critically damaged in the [[Battle of Bara Magna]], Phantom, who survived, emigrated from the [[Matoran Universe]] to [[Spherus Magna]].{{GregCitation|OGDi|page=295|post=11800|lines=8-9}}{{GregCitation|OGDi|page=297|post=11859}}

== Abilities and Traits ==
Prior to his mutation, Phantom possessed high physical endurance, like all Fe-Matoran. As a result of the experiments, Phantom has the powers of increased strength, limited flight, dramatically improved eyesight, and the ability to become invisible.

Phantom does not truly believe in the Dark Hunter ideals, as he still harbors good morals and judgment, making him only partially useful to [[the Shadowed One]].{{BookCitation|BEU|page=111|entryname=Phantom}}
